Host Realtors Pte Limited is a licensed real estate agency in Fiji, operating in Fiji. We are responsible for the personal information described here. To reach us about privacy, email info@hostrealtors.com .

When you send an enquiry — a property enquiry, an appraisal request, a buyer registration or a landlord enquiry — we collect the name, email address and phone number you enter, along with any message and the details of the property or search the enquiry relates to.

If you use the chat assistant, we process the messages you type in order to answer them. Anything you choose to type into the chat is included, so please do not enter sensitive personal details there.

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this website, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.

The Host Realtors app for buyers and renters collects no personal information. It has no accounts and no sign-in. Properties you save as favourites are stored only on your own device and are never sent to us. The app requests listing information from our website in the same way a web browser does.

The Host Realtors Agent app is an internal tool for our staff. It requires a Host Realtors staff account and is not intended for public use. It handles company records — listings, buyer briefs, appointments and work records — under the same terms as the rest of our systems.

We use enquiry details to respond to you, arrange viewings and appraisals, match you to properties that fit what you asked for, and keep a record of our dealings with you as a licensed agency. We use them for the purpose you provided them for, and for closely related follow-up about your enquiry.

Your enquiry is visible to Host Realtors staff who need it to help you. Beyond that, we share personal information only with the service providers that run our systems:

• MongoDB Atlas — the database holding our records, hosted in Australia and New Zealand.
• Vercel — hosting for this website and our staff system.
• Cloudflare — storage for property photos and documents.
• Anthropic — processes chat assistant messages so it can reply. Chat messages are not used to train their models.
• Google Maps — map and Street View features. Google receives the information it needs to serve the map, under its own privacy policy.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

Our systems are hosted outside Fiji, which means your information is stored and processed overseas. We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them for the purpose you gave them, and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to a licensed agency. When we no longer need them, we delete them.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@hostrealtors.com and we will respond. If you ask us to stop contacting you about an enquiry, we will.

Deleting the mobile app removes the favourites stored on your device, as they are held nowhere else.

Access to our staff system requires an individual account and password, and connections to our website and apps are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what we hold.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on this website.
